Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within Canada and internationally:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-price items.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1. Email us at WintermantelDebartolo6066@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
